Just wish the prices were slightly cheaper but given that delivery service was prompt it was worth the price of the flowers and shipping. Thanks for prompt service!

It was fast and great hope it really arrives today or you will have very negative information coming from me.

I received a call to say that my order could not be deliveried on Friday as the web site said it could. The person on the phone said it would be delivered saturday 12/21. It was not delivered until around noon on sunday 12/22. Don't put dates out that you can not full fill...

Was very pleased with the customer care. I was impressed that I ordered the plant on Saturday and they were delivered early monday morning before Christmas like I wanted. The plant was beautiful. Would recommend to everyone and had a far better experience then I had with another comparable company.

I had ordered it for a co-worker whose mother has just passed away and I wanted it delivered that same afternoon(Friday). They were unable to find a local florist to meet that delivery time so the contacted me immediately, upgraded my order and delivered the next day. This was the first of two orders with them that I placed on the same day. The second is not to deliver until 9:30 Monday a.m.

The flowers arrived on time and to my surprise were even nicer looking than the picture. The price beat the competitors I checked with also. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and using them again myself.

I ordered the two candle Christmas center piece for my son & his family.They loved it- quote it smelled & looked great mom thankyou.

I was offered three prices for the gifts I chose. The screen to choose from showed the lesser price, $**.**, for each of them. I could not see my order until after I had given my payment information, after which I saw that the price was $**.** each PLUS a $**.** service charge for each, which I was not aware of.

Went to place order first time and a $**.** "handling" fee popped up at the very end. Was then sent an e-mail to come back and it would be waived. Don't surprise people with last second fees!

I would be more inclined to send more flowers if the price was a little more reasonable. Maybe an incentive like buy five products get one half off? The price is what makes me hesitate to send flowers to more people.

I was pleased with floral variety and design choices. Most importantly, the delivery arrived as promised, with flowers and Christmas greenery fresh and fragrant.

The flowers delivered did not look like the one on the website
