Prices and shipping costs are great compared to others! The bear did not look like the bear in the picture, but my little niece was happy anyway when she received it so that's all that matters.

At checkout I couldn't afford it after the shipping was added so I didn't place my order but I got a email saying they would take off shipping ($**) so I placed the order. Money's tight this time of year so Thank You for taking off shipping fee. I don't usually send flowers but I saw the low price and ordered them for my mother-in-law, who lives in another state and her birthday is just 3 days before Christmas. I haven't seen them but she let me know they were very pretty. Thank You! If I ever need flowers again I will use them again.

Delivery of the actual piece was a bit sloppy- water from foam base was spilled all over the wrapping, and the wrapping had to be removed. We placed the piece in a large cardboard box for taking to its final destination. Maybe the florist could do the same from their starting point and save the customer the inconvenience.
