This was an order for a member of our church that turned 93 years old. He was real thrilled with the basket and him and his wife are really enjoying it.

Pricing for actual bouquets/gifts isn't bad, but the 'handling' fees are pretty excessive. The only thing that makes it worth it is same-day delivery. I use other services when I don't need same-day delivery, and they are much cheaper overall because of lesser 'handling' fees.
ADDITION FOLLOWING DELIVERY: Order was not delivered on scheduled date and time due to 'weather', which I found odd considering the mail, FedEx, UPS, etc were running as normal.
Flowers did not look like picture.different color roses and added daisys instead of flowers in original order
I picked the flowers where the bouquet was up to the florist. My cousin said they were absolutely beautiful and the vase came hand painted. I ordered them for that day delivery but unfortunately the local florist wasn't able to get them delivered so customer service called me, apologized and offered to send a letter with the flowers apologizing for being late. Everyone was professional and very friendly. I was extremely pleased with my experience.
BEWARE! Photographs on this website are MISLEADING! Deluxe version is always shown and you cannot click on a standard photo. Pricing is unrealistic, as from you flowers keeps the service fee and does not pass anything along to the florist for delivery--the florist must take their delivery fee out of the price of your bouquet! So now you have not only paid these people to send your order to a florist--which you can do yourself using the florist's website--but you have been misled by their photos and promises of greatness. Google Florist and the town you want to send to--get a REAL FLORIST to deliver your flowers!
The gift basket was not what was expect. It would seem minimal thought went into items selected. I understand florist/vendors in other locations can have a different interpretation of what is acceptable. However, did contact customer service and spoke with Doug who offered helpful solutions.
The order was delivered to a school so their day ends at 3:00. I paid for expedited shipping to have them delivered by noon. Fortunately, they were delivered before 3:00.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
