Very easy to navigate and shop
Delivery was at dinner time- flowers were limp and life less- the orders looked nothing like what was ordered. The presentation was sloppy and thoughtless. The child's order was in a coffee cup- and had a single lifeless flower tossed in it. No smiley faces any where nothing happy to it at all- the had teddy bear provided was very ugly and falling apart- Made my granddaughter cry. The balloons for the other order were tied to the coffee mug and not with the correct order and were not filled completely. I ordered the premium set of flowers and received less than the regular and lifeless flowers on the other order. For both orders the flowers looked nothing like what I thought I ordered not even close. I am very upset and want a complete refund and whoever put my order together need to be looking for a different line of work- Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! There is more bad about this order, but the more I type the more upset I get. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and who ever else I find.
