Had an issue when ordering and was able to contact a representative quickly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable when giving me the info I needed to solve my problem.
What I ordered did not appear to be the same order once received in person. The presentation of the flowers did not match the presentation of the picture online. Not so sure I am happy with this order.
The arrangement was beautiful, the customer service was great, I paid the extra fee to have them delivered in the morning and both orders were delivered in the afternoon. I would use them again, without the hopes of getting the flowers delivered in the morning.
The only complaint I have is the **.** additional charge. I think that is a ridiculous charge.
Every single review on their site is GLOWING, too funny. I can't say that I was disappointed with the quality of their product because I didn't get that far in the ordering process, thankfully. They advertise a price and when you go to checkout after entering all of your financial information, the price is much higher. I called customer service and an extremely rude rep had the nerve to tell me that I should read all the fine print on their website before calling to complain! Geeze, really? Read the fine print just to order a fricking bouquet of flowers? This company obviously uses very deceptive practices and by reading the other reviews here and elsewhere, I'm glad I didn't order because I'm quite sure the delivered product would have been VERY SUB PAR.

The balloons and bears went to twins who are resident students at the Kentucky school for the blind. The arrived quickly and were enjoyed.

The extra charges at the end came as a surprise. It would be nice if the advertised price was real. This is why I would hesitate to shop here in the future and will check other sites first.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
