I ordered flowers a week in advanced to be delivered on Valantines day. It was to be delivered between 9am - 6pm. It is now 8pm and I still have not received the flowers. NEVER USE THIS SITE!
They promised delivery on valentine day. No delivery. No one answered the phone or responded to email. This site is a scam
I prefer a local delivery and not UPS delivered.

DON'T ORDER FORM THIS WEBSITE! I placed the order on the 02/12 to be delivered on 02/14 on VD and I got a message that the flowers would be there on the 02/15 the day after vd...! When I asked for refund they told that "that's not gonna happen.". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY!
I ordered a two dozen rose arrangement in an upgraded vase, but what I received, or instead what my wife received was one dozen in a plain vase. I called to complain, n all the lady said they could do is a twenty dollar gift certificate, and 10 bucks credited to my paypal for the upgraded vase. Really? 30 bucks off a $105 dollar order? I am debating if I feel like getting paypal involved. I make in the upper six figure income, and the money is not as important as the lack of quality(there wasn't even any filler in the dozen they did send. Anyway, anyone who uses them after reading the reviews, deserves what they get. I was an idiot who didn't believe I would need to read reviews before ordering friggin flowers
I just got off the phone with these $#*!s! I had placed an order for guaranteed delivery before noon. It's 4:50 in the afternoon now and so i called them. They told me that they have no record that the order was placed! Are you $#*!ing kidding me? Im looking right at my bank statements on y lap top as im talking to them and they had charged my card $155.98 on Feb 10th. The manager was rude, offered no apology and told me I was on my own. I called my bank and told them about it. They said so far today, they had received 351 complaints about this company and its fraudulent charges without delivering flowers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE $#*!S! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT CARE!
Had to go through the ordering process up to entering my credit card info multiple times because my discount wasn't being applied. I wish I could see the final total before entering my information so I could have saved some time. Finally got it to apply after 30 minutes.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
