I was disappointed to find out that the "sitewide 15% off sale" was wiped out when I applied the spreebird deal that I purchased. So basically I did not receive a "DEAL" at all!
It sucked. Everything was cheaper before I followed the link in the certificate. Then the tiered selections. Then the surprise additional $** charge at the end. The flowers came, not in a pink vase, and they were the smallest bouquet I've ever seen. They looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the site. Certainly not worth the money. Hyvee's floral department does far better for much cheaper.
I ordered the premium flowers and I saw no difference between the flowers received and the ones shown as deluxe (one level less) than premium. In fact, the boquet seemed slightly smaller than the photo. There price difference was not substantial but I truly beleive I wasted the extra $10.

I wanted to send flowers to a man for Valentine's Day and had a hard time determining what would be just right - not too much, not feminine, etc. I determined that a vase of blue iris was perfect and the only option and I placed the order on 2/9/14. I received a call at 11:45 today, 2/14!, and was told that no florist in the area was able to fill this order. I was offered alternatives but all the options were those that I'd rejected when placing the original order. I wish I'd used FTD.
The 2 customer service reps I spoke with were polite and tried to be helpful.

Initially, after seeing the reviews from all the satisfied customers, and seeing that Flowersfromyou was on CBS news, I decided to order flowers for my sister. After the flowers were delivered and my sister sent me the picture of the actual flowers that she received, I was shocked. I am extremely disappointed; I immediately emailed Flowersfromyou, and provided a picture of the arrangement delivered, versus the advertised item on the site. The response was " we apologize for your disappointment, here is a $10.00 coupon, florist is very sorry also". I decided to call the next morning to the customer service line; the level of customer service is even more disappointing than the delivery. I asked that the flowers be re-delivered, I was advised that was NOT going to be done, thus I could get another gift certificate, or a refund of my service fee. I was advised that regardless of the picture I sent, that the flowers I ordered which were red and pink roses were delivered, therefore a re-delivery would be the exact same item that was delivered before. Stating "you ordered red and pink roses and that's what was delivered". Points taken, yes, indeed 2 red roses were delivered along with 2 pink ones and filler. Not an actual arrangement advertised or something comparable to it. Honestly, I didn't expect the exact same thing delivered as it was on the website, as flowers can vary from florist to florist, and the high demand of V-Day is understandable. However, it really comes down to principal, and the way that this was handled in order to make an unsatisfied customer into one that could possibly continue using their service. The lack of concern is what was most disappointing. Again, this all is about principal, and how poorly this situation was handled.
Ordered on 2/11 for 2/14 delivery - confirmed for 2/14 delivery by UPS or FedEx. 9:30 pm on 2/13 called to tell me won't be delivered until 2/18! Due to a high volume. Really?! If you can't expect and handle a high volume on one of the busiest holidays - then stay out! Was told a full refund would be given. Really?! I'd expect nothing less since I did not receive product as promised. So night before the big day, I'm scrambling to find a local florist able to deliver something. Will never attempt to use this company again nor will I recommend.
I WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE SO FAR HOPE FLOWERS ARE VERY NICE
Shipped on time, very good customer service. I ordered a dozen roses for my sweetheart, however, when I opened the box, one of the roses was broken off the stem. I paid too much for a broken rose.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
