Quick and easy
Wish I'd known about the handling fee up front. Once I knew about that, I had to change the floral arrangement to something cheaper, but there was no easy way to change the flower choice. So that would also be nice -- an option for changing the floral arrangement once you're past that screen. You can edit delivery info and billing info, but not your choice of flowers without starting over. Otherwise, I was very happy with my experience.
Website a little difficult to navigate
Had all the right types of flowers just not so full looking like the picture was (a lot of green at the time of delivery) and the ribbon was white instead of pink.

I just heard about this site. So, far impressed. I'd rather pay a little more and avoid delivery, handling fees. Went to another site at the end there was a surprise additional fee. None here! Flowers were great, delivery was as promised, pricing was very fair. Will order again.
HAD TO TRY 3 DIFFERENT CREDIT CARDS AND IT KNOCKED ME OUT OF SYSTEM...COMPLETED THE NEXT DAY. Received the flowers at 930am the day I wanted. No one home so left flowers with a neighbor 2 doors down. Would have been nice if they delivered later in the day when we were home but understand Valentine's Holiday, get em out when you can!
Easy site to use - delivery charges too high
Site was user friendly. Making my selection fast and easy.
The handling charge was a surprise fee. Did not know that was coming.
Arraignment was as stated and is very nice.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
