Just echoing several peoples experiences. Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day several days in advance and still have not received them 3 days afterwards. Plenty of apologetic emails saying "they're looking into it" and "we'll deliver them tomorrow with an apology note, or we can call them and apologise directly with your permission"

Horrible customer service. They dont follow thru with there very basic 100% satisfaction guarantee. FYF guarantee. I wanted them to replace the poor flowers I received per there statement not even a refund. They saiid they wouldnt even though the site says no matter what they would. I would not buy from them.

Warning dont use this company. Order flowers two weeks in advance for my wife never arrive. Call them atleast 6 time each time i was told they would call me back in hour but they never did. After being on hold for 30min they said they will have it delivey the next day the day vafter valentine day. I will never use them again
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
