Just echoing several peoples experiences. Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day several days in advance and still have not received them 3 days afterwards. Plenty of apologetic emails saying "they're looking into it" and "we'll deliver them tomorrow with an apology note, or we can call them and apologise directly with your permission"

SO FAR, IT IS OK. AFTER THE DELIVERY AND IF NO SURPRISE THEN SHALL WRITE MORE.

The delivery was perfect and my relatives were very happy to receive the surprise gift sent by me. They also liked the shop from where the gift basket was delivered. We are very thankful for the same and hope to use your services always. Thanks again.

Good Experience. Corporate discount didn't seem to make a difference though. Still a good price compared to other online flower sites. Plenty of room on personalized message card which was another reason I chose your site.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They dont follow thru with there very basic 100% satisfaction guarantee. FYF guarantee. I wanted them to replace the poor flowers I received per there statement not even a refund. They saiid they wouldnt even though the site says no matter what they would. I would not buy from them.

Warning dont use this company. Order flowers two weeks in advance for my wife never arrive. Call them atleast 6 time each time i was told they would call me back in hour but they never did. After being on hold for 30min they said they will have it delivey the next day the day vafter valentine day. I will never use them again
