The flowers that were delivered were very different flowers from the ones photographed on your website. I did buy a regular sized bouquet but I still expected the same flowers and color scheme, just a smaller sized arrangement.

DO NOT use this company. My experience using them was great before this- I was a frequent customer and supporter of them but apparently that means nothing. I live 6000 miles away from my parents and lost my job on Christmas Day. But my parents' anniversary was on the 17th of February so I wanted to use what little money I have to send them flowers. I placed the order 3 weeks ago with the last of my pay but the flowers never showed up! To make matters worse when I called my parents to wish them a happy anniversary and to see if they liked their surprise flowers, the surprise was ruined.
All I got off this uncaring company was an "oops sorry, we'll send the tomorrow" email.
Way to kick me when I'm down, guys, and to make being away from my family even harder.

While the products themselves were great, the delivery time was awful.! One day delivery it was NOT! One item was a birthday gift and while ordered several days before and advertised as one day delivery, it arrived a day AFTER the birthday. This was very disappointing. Other items were ordered for Valentine's Day arrived several days AFTER. So one day delivery these orders were NOT!
I wish I would have done my research before ordering from these crooks. I wanted to surprise my wife with our wedding flowers in her new apartment as she took a temporary relocation. The florist they used delivered the flowers to the wrong place and when the flowers finally correctly delivered the next day, they had swapped out alstroemerias for daisies and used a much cheaper vase than advertised. I had to ask 3 different people for the FYF 100% satisfaction guarantee before someone agreed to process it. Time will tell if I actually get my refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
The flowers were just missing the flower food that you usually get with fresh cut flowers. Otherwise they were wonderful. Fast delivery! I would order from here again.

Finally the package get delivered on Monday afternoon which suppose to get deliver on Friday 14th afternoon. After all these exchange email communication, its seem to hard to make you guys believe that there is a Big problem in your delivery system.
The package didn't arrived on time and when the package arrived it was useless. All the flowers were dead and couldn't resolve the purpose of putting an order online before 2 days and paying high price to get it deliver on time.
Unfortunately, you get your money for this order but i can assure you that this was my last order from your organization. It wasn't pleasant doing business with the people like you who don't understand the value of their product.
Charge to much delivery I preordered three days prior for the day before valentines day and the girlfriend received them almost six days later after the order. And when she recieved them they were without water for so long that they were wilted and dying. But I did call customer service and they resent me another order for my inconvenience and now I wait to see how long it takes t his time.

I ordered two dozen roses and a vase for Valentines Day, They did not come from a florist but were in a box mailed to my girlfriend. I complained and they said I should read the small print. Maybe they are right, but for the money, I could have gotten two dozen and a vase from Safeway for about $50.00, which is about 1/2 of the cost that was charged to me.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
