The flowers arrived on time and the process was quick and efficient. I was a bit disappointed because the arrangement was smaller than I thought and I upgraded it to the "deluxe" size so not sure how small "regular" would be.
Ordered to be delivered the following day and they tried to deliver them the same day I ordered. That would have been fine but the recipient was not home. Had I known they could be delivered that quickly, I would have ordered for same day. Great price, beautiful flowers, excellent service. Thank you!

Seems like a fair price for the product but they don't tell you up front about the shipping and handling charge which adds another $** to the price of the flowers. I abandoned my order because of this but give them high marks for offering to waive the shipping fee. I think it would be more honest to let people know about this up front instead of when you check out. Managing customer expectations is the essence of good customer service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
