I would have like to see the shipping charges earlier in the process. It was our anniversary and I am away working in another state so I sent flowers to my wife and the quality was horrendous. My wife was disappointed. She called the local florist who could care less, she called the 800 number and they said I had to call, so she finally wet to the website and supposedly they are sending a new set of flowers. We'll see. It was very disappointing because I wanted to surprise my wife and it didn't turn out as planned.

I was a little surprised by the handling fee, but if the flowers are delivered on time and LOOK like the picture, then it's worth it.
After seeing the flowers in person just now, I feel like they were not as close to the picture as the Deluxe version should have been...for the price of the Deluxe version, the flower arrangement was smaller than I expected and not the shade of pinks pictured.

The shopping experience so far has been agreeable.
Fast and easy to order; however, when i ordered i paid the $5.00 extra to guarantee delivery by noon and my friend did not receive her flowers until 2 p.m. so I got ripped off $5.00. Also the flowers were supposed to have a purple vase and it had a clear vase instead. I picked this bouquet because purple is her favorite color and it didn't have the right color vase. So a little disappointed but overall she did like her flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
