I was pleasantly surprised that your customer service department notified me immediately that the delivery would have to be changed to SAturday instead of Sunday. I was very happy with the quick notification I received. You got my business from here on.
I was a bit concerned ordering something without being able to see it but took the chance. The folks I ordered it for were very pleased and said it was beautiful. I ordered it around 11a on a Saturday and they received it before 2pm. The same day delivery was only $3 more. All in all, I am really pleased with the website and plan to use it again in the future.
It was wonderful, I would've liked to see how each package differs though. Other than that it was very easy and user friendly.

Not satisfied with the delivery time or the arrangement. I paid for same day delivery and was unable to get that I was refunded that money but when I saw the arrangement that was delivered, I was embarrassed. It was tiny and just a few cut flowers in a jar of water. Super disappointed. Will never use this site again. The customer service people I talked to were very courteous, but were limited to being helpful.

This is my first time using this sight. So far I am very satisfied with the ease of using it. The person to whom I sent the flowers, called us to let us know how much she loved them. They were sent from Pennsylvania to Florida and the delivery was perfect along with the flowers. We are small Church choir and I am the Sunshine Person so cost was a factor. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
