Great flowers, great website experience. Price for this purchase was a bit high. Delivery same and next day is great for last minute shoppers like myself.
As long as the flowers are there today and look like the picture, I will defiantly continue to use your service. I was disappointed with the delivery. A phone call was placed to my sisters office asking if she was available, the receptionist advised no because she was in a training class on site. They never once mentioned who they were or the nature of the call. If they would have advised that they had a flower delivery, the office would have signed for them and walked them into the class where my sister was.
I needed to change the location to be received and received an immediate response that the request was received and fulfilled. Thank you

I wish you gave a subtotal before getting all the way through the checkout. I was not expecting such a HIGH service charge and had to go back to change my order to fit my budget and having to re-enter everything is a pain.
The flowers were sent to a funeral home out of town so I did not see them so I am not sure how they looked or I could have scored differently on how satisfied I was with the product.
