Very nice selection and variety. However, the 15 dollar handling fee for the order came up at the very end of the checkout process. It made the deal much less sweet. Now I'm thinking these better be darn good flowers. However, after my order, the recipient of flowers was hospitalized. I called to try to switch the delivery location and it was an easy, hassle free switch. My mother loved them and the arrangement was beautiful.
Too difficult to see shipping/service/handling fee, too many steps to order, prices shown on main page are not actual price of arrangement (need to buy vase)
