Very nice selection and variety. However, the 15 dollar handling fee for the order came up at the very end of the checkout process. It made the deal much less sweet. Now I'm thinking these better be darn good flowers. However, after my order, the recipient of flowers was hospitalized. I called to try to switch the delivery location and it was an easy, hassle free switch. My mother loved them and the arrangement was beautiful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
