Had to figure out how to make sure my order was going to the person and not to me. Then i had to register and select my payment info.IN short there should be a better way to make the steps easier for a new customer to register and see where the order is going to go. Disclosure of a Handling fee would have been nice as well before reaching the final page for payment.

I was shocked (SHOCKED) to see a service and handling fee tacked on at the very end. You should be up front about the final cost and not sneak it in there as if hoping the customer will not take notice...shame shame shame!

I ordered these flowers 3-4 days in advance and asked that they deliver in the morning. My family received the flowers at 3:00 in the afternoon. Otherwise, I am very happy with it all.
