Shopping experience quite nice but the **.**+ delivery fee a bit excessive.
The product that was received didn't look like the picture online. I could not tell if the arrangement was upgraded as promised since it was delivered late. Further the flowers were delivered in what appeared to be a jar, not a fashionable cup as pictured on the website.

The arrangement was beautiful and looked just like the ad. I think 14.99 is a bit high for delivery charges maybe that is why I dont order delivery very often. But for the once in awhile this site did a great job.
I received complements on it. I ordered a funeral arranement. It was not quite as nice as the one in the photo but the family of the deceased liked it. So I was pleased.
Very easy to find what I wanted. Competitive prices. My mom absolutely loved her Get Well bouquet and balloon.
