You need to put in an option re: I don't know if my order arrived. I sent it to a 3d party who's unlikely to contact me. I'd rather have a feature wherein the deliverer contacts me and tells me it's been delivered.
I found it a bit confusing. However I'll wait until I hear from the recipient when they receive the flowers. That's the most important thing to me. My daughter received the flowers in a very timely fashion. She said they were beautiful!
