Great selection. Easy to order
I ordered these flowers 3-4 days in advance and asked that they deliver in the morning. My family received the flowers at 3:00 in the afternoon. Otherwise, I am very happy with it all.
Site was easy to navigate, the flowers were beautiful and the pricing was ok. I only say ok because i felt the price to add a small teddy bear (apprx. 6-7" tall) was a little high. Other than that, i would absolutely order here again.

Since the flowers were not for me and I did not actually see them, I don't feel I can truly rate the actual flowers. I was told that they are beautiful.
The product was just as it was pictured online. I ordered the smaller version and was very pleased with it.
The flowers added a little bite of spring when the forecaste is calling for snow. They are absolutely beautiful.
Easy, convenient
The only thing I had issues with regarding the site was being able to update my arrangement after choosing one. It was complicated trying to upgrade from basic to deluxe, and I had to basically start all over. There's no 'review cart' option that allows the customer to edit their choice, only to delete it. Other than that it's quick and easy.
In regards to the actual delivery of the flowers, they were punctual. However the enclosed card was 'Happy Birthday' when I had chosen a blank card. The message was shortened and was written with poor penmanship. I had sent the flowers 'just because', but had the occasion actually been something like a thank you or anniversary, I would've considered the card incident to be an issue. Luckily she just thought it was endearing. Professionally, the card was a bust for the florist. The flowers themselves were beautiful. I just wish the card would've been properly presented, because the sentiment was compromised and almost missed the mark.
Reasonable prices, high shipping fees, not all products may be shipped everywhere in U.S..

When getting ready to place your order, try to have all the details ready ahead of time. I needed to edit one line and when I went back to change that, the rest of my info was wiped out and I had to start from scratch. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience.
