I appreciated the variety and prices of the flower arrangements displayed on your website.(Since the flowers awaited my mom when she arrived back home in the evening, I was not sure if they had been delivered before noon. Is there any way to check the actual delivery time? If not, then I may be wary of paying extra for a morning delivery if the flowers don't arrive until after 12:00 PM. Thank you.)

Was emailed that the product got to its destination but never did until I called costumer service.
Next day service a scam! I called florists around area the day after and they said they were never able to fill the order. Most said they did not like working with fkoweres for you. Hundreds of dissatisfied customers on the internet, especially with the next day service as they all got the same song and dance. "We can deliver tomorrow, have a $20 certificate for your next purchase" SCAM and on such an important thing as gift delivery.
Arrangement did not look as nice and full as online photo. The recipient sent me a photo...looked more like sunflowers thrown in a vase.
So far so good, just awaiting the outcome of flowers. The outcome was extraordinary. The flowers were beautiful, but I received a white vase instead of a white one. The delivery was under an hour and I was very satisfied.

The whopping $**.** handling charge turned me off totally. Put your prices out there honestly before I go through my whole paypal sign in and new account set up. I will not use your site again, and I will post my displeasure with this practice on Facebook. It's not the total cost I object to.
