Good first time experience so far
Easy to order, but the product delivered seemed much smaller than the graphic to show approx. Size of the bouquet that was delivered.
Wished there were more options available to ship to the address I wanted to send flowers to.
Also, I wish that delivery would have been included in the cost of the flowers when picking them out. I'd rather know upfront exactly how much I'll be charged.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister for her birthday. Unfortunately, the florist made my experience less than desirable but fromyouflowers.com did everything in their power to rectify the situation and I am more than pleased with the great customer service provided by fromyouflowers.com. They were very professional, courteous and sympathetic in regards to my bad experience with the florist.

Overall pleased with the arrangment. Very disapointed that it came in a base i stead if the basket that I requested. Was expecting a bit more flowers in the arrangment as well.
