The 14+ handling fee is never mentioned until you are ready to place order! By then your are all excited about yur corporate discount and what youre getting that your dont want to turn back... very disappointing/. So much for the 10 dollar discaount!
Everything was great, except less options than I expected.
Very impressed with the service. I even received a call from customer service advising me that my sister was not home when they attempted delivery and would contact her directly to reschedule it. That has never happened before! And she said the arrangement was beautiful. I have placed an additional order for my nieces birthday, next week. I'm sure she will also be please. The flowers that we recieved did not look like the picture shown. The picture looked like a tall arragment. When recieved it was very short and the flowers were not as big as what were shown.

Two of the questions above are not applicable to my situation. The delivery will not be made until tomorrow so my satisfaction with delivery time and quality of the product can not be assessed yet.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
