It's hard for me to tell you if I was happy with the flowers and the time received because I didn't send the flowers to myself. However I'm guessing my friend liked them!

Customer Service is great, local florist unfortunately did not follow guidelines and delivered unsatisfactory arrangements twice. Will try again in the future and hope for a more quality florist.

This company is horrible. I ordered my sister flowers the day before her bday and paid extra to have a morning delivery to her office. They not only called her the morning of (and ruined the surprise element) to ask her if it was OK to deliver them, but they then called ME at 4pm to say they couldn't deliver til the next day. I asked them to cancel the order as I would go out and just buy her flowers so she'd actually receive them on her bday as I had planned. They told me it was cancelled and I should see it back on my account in 1-3 business days. They then proceeded to call HER the next day and asked her if she still wanted her flowers delivered...! She said no and that she knew that I had cancelled it, which is when the proceeded to tell her it still showed active and that they'd be happy to deliver them that day. Why... seriously WHY, would they give the "receiver" the option when I am the one who would be paying for it?!?! This company is WACK! Word to the wise... never go through them.
No where did it say there would be a service/handling fee until the very last screen. I was fooled into thinking you had the cheapest prices but when all was said and done it was a lie. Your prices should include handling fees. Ridiculous. I hope your flowers are as pretty as the pictures.
Everything went well as far as ordering process. Im sorry cant tell you if I will reccomend this site to others, nor how satisfied I am, until after the flowers have arrived.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
