The flowers were so tiny! Not at all what I expected. Paid $60 for flowers that were as big as a the palm of my hand.
You should include the $**.** handling fee in the initial price, not just throw it in at the very end. That is kind of deceptive and dishonest business tactic.
This is my third time ordering flowers from youflowers.com. I have been completely satisfied with each order and the ease of ordering. The receipents of the flowers have all remarked how beautiful the flowers were that they received.
I sent flowers to my mom. She said the were beautiful and fresh. Some of the flowers were still closed so she will be able to enjoy them for the next week or two.
A call was made from the florist to the recipient of my order to make sure she would be home. Since she would not be available for a few hours, arrangements were made to deliver the flowers today rather than yesterday. All in all a great experience with your company!

The birthday balloon wasn't available, so they included 2 roses along with the delivery. Which is fine by me. These flowers were actually ordered for my 4 year old niece. So we gave the roses to mom and grandma. I know the flowers were not delivered before noon, but I'm sure an effort was made. There had been a large snow storm the night before, so I know the roads were bad. Overall, not a bad experience at all. The flowers were beautiful!

Great shooping experience wasn't happy with the delivery time paid extra for the delivery option before noon did not get there till almost 2pm. Almost missed the person.
