Delivery was stated was delivered in early email and was not then like at 8 pm delivery person called to advised they were in area and lost not satisfied at all after i called and paid extra for early delivery will not order from here anymore

A call was made from the florist to the recipient of my order to make sure she would be home. Since she would not be available for a few hours, arrangements were made to deliver the flowers today rather than yesterday. All in all a great experience with your company!

The birthday balloon wasn't available, so they included 2 roses along with the delivery. Which is fine by me. These flowers were actually ordered for my 4 year old niece. So we gave the roses to mom and grandma. I know the flowers were not delivered before noon, but I'm sure an effort was made. There had been a large snow storm the night before, so I know the roads were bad. Overall, not a bad experience at all. The flowers were beautiful!
