Placed order mid day Saturday, close to but before cutoff time for same day delivery. Didn't make it so it was over weekend and recipient was released from hospital on Sunday. I was notified of non delivery late evening Saturday. I called Monday as recipient was at new address. I did find that it was easy to connect with customer service and got expected service help. Flowers were delivered Monday but pictured flowers were not as fresh looking as web pics.

I would definitely order from here again! The pictures were easy to choose from and the actual flowers delivered exceeded my expectations. I had dealth with another company in the past and the arrangement was SO SMALL, but this order was HUGE and impressive! Ordered on a Saturday night and they were delivered right on time on Sunday for Monday AM funeral. I will use this company again. A++++++++

Flowers were not fresh, lacked fullness. I had to add flowers to them, a few of them were dieing on the second day. I honestly do not think this had anything to do with the site but with who they chose to make the bouquet.

I was able to select a beautiful gift quickly, but will wait to hear if the delivery is timely & fresh before I give a higher rating.
Same day delivery was not available so I could not recommend this to a friend. The call to remove the charge cost me the same amount as the charge itself, thus no net savings. I was offered an upgrade on the flowers. The phone call was handled politely and apologies were made.

I feel that the handling fee (which was NOT included in the quoted price online) was quite high. The only reason I continued was because I was in a hurry. The flower arrangement was much smaller looking and included less variety of flowers than was shown online. The order was not delivered until almost 6pm. I actualy had to call to make sure it was coming. Overall, I was not impressed with my shopping experience.
