I ordered the premium arrangement, however, it is very small. It totaled $75. That's too much for such a small arrangement. I am very disappointed with the size.
The eases of ordering and delivery time gets 5 stars though

You showed the product packed full of red roses and big carnations. In fact you could see no space between the flowers. I pd $65 for half of what was shown... I feel that this is very unfair and probably illegal to do. When I saw the picture of my sister holding them I was shocked! Well you got me once...

I was a bit underwhelmed by the arrangement. It was fine, but it looked like something I would have picked up at the grocery store. It was mostly carnations and I ordered the deluxe arrangement. The person who I sent it to liked it, so I guess that was the important thing.

I just got a delivery confirmation for flowers that I never recieved. I contacted customer service 2 hours ago (5pm). They were supposed to be here by noon. It's 7pm now and still no flowers. This order was placed 5 days ago. This is so unprofessional. I'll never buy from them again. I can't send a photo of something that I never received.
They ruined my mother's birthday.

The service fee should be added into the price it is very frustrating to get all the way through the order to find out it is almost $18 more than what you thought you were spending, when same day delivery is advertised it should be clearly laid out what can be delivered how much it will be and the charges.
On line it advertised same day delivery but in all actuality at 1pm I had to wait to have it delivered the following day but it was delivered nice and early that morning.

I made an order for my mother's birthday, the correct day did not arrive, they sent the wrong bouquet the next day without a card, 3 days later they solved the problem by sending what I wanted, I give 5 stars for how they solved the problem, in the end, It was satisfactory, good customer service. They care about doing their best, so the store makes mistakes... They are there to fix it
