The flowers that were delivered look nothing like the arrangement I ordered. The online picture was a pastel hue of soft peach Roses, succulents, and eucalyptus with some white flowers. The flowers that were delivered were super bright orange Roses, Gerber daisies, lilies, no ecaulytpus or greenery as advertised...and a wierd butterfly on a stick...what? I would never have purchased a butterfly.

The flowers I ordered were not the beautiful flowers That were received. Colors and in a canning jar. I called customer service and they offered a partial refund but I wanted flowers resent. The arrangement I actually ordered. The will redeliver
Too much for what I purchased. Did not like the fact I had to order a more expensive product for delivery then the additional charges made a $31 bouquet $60? All in all the recipient loved them and was very happy. That's all that mattered.
Website a little glitchy
I went online and chatted with someone twice. The first time to make sure that they would be delivered before 4pm and they assured me that they put a rush on it. That didn't happen so they were not delivered on the day I wanted.
Second time I was texting with someone else and pleaded to make sure that the address was changed to the home address instead of work that day because she would get in trouble. Well that did not either and she still does not have the flowers.
So I will not using this service again.

Everything was easy and very beautiful selection...but when my daughter received the product it was awful. The flowers were almost dead and all dead by that evening. The product did not look like the sample image i received. Im very very disappointed for all the money i paid. I will not be ordering from thiscompany ever
