I originally went to place the order and saw the $15 handling/shipping fee and decided to wait. I was very pleased that the company followed up with me and offered free shipping. However, I just spent 30 minutes trying to get the free shipping. Every time I would activate my EBATES account to get credit for the order, it would lose the free shipping discount. It wasn't until I went through the process SEVERAL times until I realized that you must not be able to combine the two. A simple statement in the email or on the website would be very helpful. I am still spending the same amount of money for the item. EBATES only gives you credit for the item purchased...not the shipping. Since I am paying the same amount for the actual item, I don't understand why I can not use both together. Frustrating...
I really hope that the flowers get to my daughter in law in time for her birthday, which is today.

I originally gave a three star review and was contacted immediately with a response to my concern. This alone changed my overall rating to 5 stars. Not only is the product beautiful but a business who cares about a ratin shows they truly care about their customers.
Wish shipping and delivery charges are on first page, not to get shocked when you place order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
