I have had issues with the past two orders i placed. I requested and paid extra for morning delivery $4.99 each time. Each order was not delivered before 12pm in the recepients time zone. I contacted customer service from fromyouflowers.com and they did issue a credit for both of the $4.99 charges and yesterday they gave me a $10 gift certificate. I am not happy with the fact that the flowers were not delivered within the time frame I paid extra for. However, fromyouflowers did issue a credit for both charges. The only complaint that I have regarding my past two orders is that if you are going to offer expedited service then fromyouflowers.com should be on top of the florist that they use to make sure that the flowers are delivered in the appropriate paid for time frame. Otherwise, they should not offer expedited service for an extra charge and they should not set the expectation that the flowers will be delivered when requested.
The person I sent the flower to has received them and was very pleased.
