The ordering process was easy. I just had some issues at the end paying with two of my credit cards so I had to use my paypal account. Overall I feel the experience was great! My friend received flower arrangement and balloons. For the price I paid I expected mor glamorous looking flowers. You got to understand I work by the flower district and roughly know how much flowers cost. I could have made the arrangement and balloons at half the price.
The location for delivery had to be changed at last minute. The customer service representitive was amazing. She helped me with my issue and got the flowers delivered to a different location. Excellent customer service. I will order from you again as well as tell my friends and family about you.

But each and every time my order arrives late even when I choose guaranteed delivery inside 4hr window, which I had to choose because if I choose by end of the day my recipient would likely not receive their gift until they were gone. Honestly, the next time I can spend time researching a better site, I will no longer use fromyouflowers.com. You people should spend sometime explaining to your partners what a time guarantee means!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
