I liked it until the $14.99 handling fee. I thought it was great on the prices, really competitive & better variety then the other websites I'd checked out today. But... higher on the handling which was not disclosed until after I'd entered my credit card info so... after all the search and time is the only reason I went ahead and proceeded with the order. Hope the flowers for my dear friend are worth it.
I would not choose to order from this site again. The site was easy to shop but does not give delivery times. The tracker never changes until your flowers have been delivered so I had no idea if they were going to be delivered or when. Then when the bouquet was delivered it was pitifully small and looked nothing like what I picked. There were very few flowers, it was a lot of greenery.
Easy, only suggestion is on the delivery page add a box for additional delivery directions for difficult to locate addresses.

It was good until the handling and service charge showed up unexpectedly making my purchase more than I wanted to spend. Almost cancelled my order then and there.

Ordered Saturday for Sunday service. It was delivered on time.
What I am not happy about was the choice of flowers substituted.
The cross was supposed to be pure white flowers with a dramatic center of orchids and long twigs that extended beyond the edges. Very zen, Japanese and exotic in design.
What was used instead were white daisies with prominent lime green centers.
The flowers in the middle weren't orchids with a dramatic twig but were a few red roses filled in with a large red bow. Some red berries were mixed in.
This was not remotely was I was expecting. The look went from zen to no name. The red bow scrunched into the center was filler and cheap. Did they not have ANY orchids?
I upgraded to premium and it was large. But not what was expected. Sad.
The gift was delivered on time and I was notified when the delivery was made.
