I placed the order and it ended up being a day late due to some confusion with the address but I felt like it was handled wondrously. I although I was really sad that the flowers were a day late, the customer service was exceptional and it was a small misunderstanding

My first selection got lost somehow when I had to stop the process and I could not locate it again.
The flowers were expensive for what I got and not what I expected. The bouquet seemed much smaller than what appeared online and it was also pale/dull...the colors were muted and not bright or pretty. Many of the flowers were unopened or not blooming. The vase looked cheap like I could have found it at a thrift shop or dollar store. I was hoping the flowers would be delivered sooner in the day so that the teacher would be in front of students when it happened but they just made it to the school before it ended for the day. Overall, disappointment abounded.

Great price wonderful customer service, however the recipient (my stepmom)didn't see flowers until the next day (day AFTER her birthday)as they weren't left on the front porch, but on the sidewalk/walkway and a neighbor saw them sitting there and brought them to their door when they came to visit. Also maybe it was due to them sitting outside but the pic I saw when my parents sent it showed some unbloomed flowers and a sparse bouquet, but then again it was last minute and also florist choice. For the price no worries, I do highly recommend from you flowers, just when you place order leave specific instructions for delivery such as leave on porch etc just in case

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
