My order was going to a business. It did not make it that day. I was told the flower shop had already delivered that area for the day. Then why does the site give false delivery times. Site guarantees delivery window if order is placed at certain times during the day. They claim you will get same day delivery. My order was going to a business. They had to redirect order to my house on saturday instead.

You "should" include the special fees including delivery before you reach the point of payment.
Again, I reiterate you should list the approximate special fees before a customer reaches the "pay" level. I had not planned to spend as much as I did
And thus resulted in placing 2 orders rather than one.
