I ordered flowers to be delivered before noon, I paid the expedited fee of $4.99. The flowers were delivered until 2:24 pm. These flowers were a gift for someone who is very ill and would be leaving our work place at 12:30. I called customer service 3 times and all they were able to tell me was that the flowers were out for delivery. When the flowers finally did get here, there was a "Happy Birthday" balloon attached which was NOT the occassion. I had to stall the person that the flowers were for until they finally arrived. I was very disappointed with the service.

I ordered a fruit basket with candy bars and cookies for my brother who had undergone a biopsy for brain tumors. After surgery, his basket was there for him! I ordered on line and asked for same day delivery. This was received with great joy. I live 4 hours from my brother, so when he called to say he was out of surgery and doing fine, he was eating one of the cookies from the fromyouflowers fruit and cookies basket. Thank you so very much FromYouFlowers! You made his day and mine!

I think the flowers were left outside, but that was after the delivery driver called me to say he wasn't sure anyone was home. But, that was ok. Thank you.
I thought the price deceptive, starting off at 34$ and ended up costing 30$ more. It was an extremely well crafted presentation but would have been more palatable for 45$.

Flowers, Bear and Balloon were great. Thought the delivery charge excessive.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
