I have never used frommyouflowers.com before so I was not sure how or what the flowers would look like. Even though the flowers were delivered before my request she still LOVED the arragement. I contacted Customer Service and they corrected the problem. Thank you for all you have done.
Shipping and handling is misleading. So is the pricing. Unfortunate way to end a shopping experience.
Ordering was easy; the final decider will be if the flowers arrive within 4 hours as paid for, and how they look. But I'm optimistic! Great website, by the way!

I received a delivery confirmation Before they had been delivered. I emailed my daughter, the recipient, before she received them. Very disappointed in that. Email needs to be sent After delivery.

We are a business. "Signature" window was a pain because I could only input so many letters.
The "plant/flowers" was not an exact match( flowers were yellow in picture we received red flowers) but that was not that important. It could have been if the deceased's favorite color was yellow and we received red.
