It was hard to go back and change the message. I had paid for the flowers to be there before noon and they did not show up till after 3. I did call and Ryan from your customer service team did help me out greatly. He would probably be the reason I would still consider using you guys in the future. I am not sure his last name but he did a great job.

You do not include the service charge in the cart before I log on to Paypal. This is misleading.
I really liked how easy this service was to use. The flowers looked beautiful. I only rated 4 stars for the price because I was a little shocked at how much it was at first. But - that's probably because I can be cheap too! The price was actually acceptable considering the fact that the flowers were in a vase and they were delivered same-day. Overall, I was extremely happy with the product, the customer service, the web experience... I would definitely use fromyouflowers.com again! Thank YOU!

The site is easy to manuever in, but pretty slow!
I had to allow cookies before I could complete my order but I am so glad I was able to continue. I love the arrangement and I hope they bring a smile to my hospitalized aunt! As a follow-up the flowers were delivered to the hospital the same day and my aunt said they are beautiful!
Flowers were dull n color and didn't look like what I saw on line. Very small arrangement for price paid.
