You sent me an email asking me if I received my flowers I found this odd since the order went to someone else. I expected an email confirming the recipient received the flowers. Similar to how UPS notified me when I use them to mail a gift. I did get the delivery confirmation about 4 hours after email asking me if I received order

I was shocked and dissappointed by the 14.99 charge for processing. That is crazy and probably will find a place with a cheaper charge.
This was not a same day or next day order. When orders are placed well in advance and there isn't a grower or bakery involved, the delivery charge should be less.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
