There's only one negative thing - I wasn't able to find out what the additional charges were until after I had entered my billing information. If I had known the extra charges would be $15, I would have ordered the smaller arrangement because I had a set amount in mind to spend.

Paid for the before noon delivery and that didn't happen. Was told I would be credited and it hasn't happen yet. My girlfriend loved the flowers but wish she could have enjoyed them earlier.

The flowers were very pretty, my sister loved them for birthday. She is out of state and I wanted to send her a little surprise, she was very happy!
It would have been great to see the picture of the card and baloons that are available to send. Also the Handling and shipping fee is very pricey probably the last time I will order thru online. It adds up to a lot at the end.
In the future, you may not want to charge for expedited services for deliveries on Special Occasions. I ordered the flowers for Admin Day & paid extra thinking I would get them before 12:00pm. They arrived after 3:00pm, which was fine, but I expected them to arrive earlier since I paid extra. Otherwise, everything else was great - the flowers were beautiful & it was very easy to shop on the website. I will place another order soon.
