I received a call from my sister who had seen the flowers that were delivered to the funeral home...she said that it was the largest and most beautiful of all the flowers that were there... Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
