Although I chose 'Free Delivery' I was zapped with a $14.99 Shipping and Handling Fee on the final total. I find this offensive and misleading and probably will NOT order from you again. Honesty is the best policy and you did NOT demonstrate that.

Very Disappointed that there is a $15.00 Service Charge, also, I was very disappointed on the arrangement that showed up. I feel that it really wasn't worth the cost.
It was easy and prices were reasonable for same day shipping. Flowers did not go same day as requested but I was contacted & flowers were sent next day.

The flowers were much less than I expected. I ordered the middle of the options and there were a few stems is all. I was embarrassed to pass them on. They said their van wasn't allowed on our street. I know we are having sink hole damage completed but traffic has been allowed all day with very little wait time. We actually went to the end of the street to collect the flowers so my neighbor wasn't even given the opportunity to open her front door to a surprise gift.
Order was originally scheduled (and paid) for delivery before noon. Delivery was made after 5PM and teddy bear was delivered AFTER flowers. Recipient didn't get them until next day and balloons were deflated.
Quick and easy!I was sad to see how high the service fee was when I was checking out - but this was a special persona and I needed to send flowers - if it wasn't, I would not have proceeded - there should be a warning about the service fee and the amount should be stipulated
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
