When I received the flowers, they were in a much shorter and stubbier base than what's in the picture. Also, they whole bouquet was underwhelming when I saw it. Some had to do with the vase, some had to do with what seemed like less flowers (though I didn't count).
The next day the flowers were already wilting, two didn't open and one died. I talked to customer service and they are sending out a new batch, but they couldn't change the shipping address to my work - had to be the same address and the shipping date is much less convenient than the first time I ordered. Disappointed at how much I paid given the quality.

I think you charge too much for delivery when you advertise it free. My flowers arrived a day after it was supposed to and I paid the same day fee. The service marked it as delivered even though it was not. I will never use this service again.
Very easy to order. Flowers were a gift. They arrived in good fashion. I think prices for flowers are no less or more than the other internet floral providers. Also very in-line with local florists, that I could drive to.
