If the product is as good as the ease of ordering this will be a great place to order from. Not happy with deliver charge though. Most places have free shipping.

I answered these questions without knowing how the flowers looked when they were received. Hope I do not have to adjust this rating. I can now say that the flowers were received and my granddaughter was thrilled and delighted. Her first comment was, "Grandmother these are so beautiful."

First time buying from here and overall it was a great experience. My godmother that I bought them for was absolutely in love with the flowers when she received them. Which couldn't have made me happier since I was hoping she would. I would totally buy from them again and recommend them to friends because of the great service I received all around from ordering, my call to customer service, and the delivery.

Update. After flowers were delivered to my friend in the hospital, the picture she sent of them looked like a regular order and not the deluxe that I upgraded to. I know that this was not the fault of fronyouflowers.com but of the local florist. Customer service was very apologetic and remedied the problem right away. The plant basket was very pretty just not as full as the deluxe upgrade.

Shipping and handling almost made me cancel. There should be some idea of the expense in this.
The flowers were supposed to be delivered the same day and were not. I was offered an free upgrade to the arrangement, which I accepted. When I saw a picture of the flowers that were sent I was very dissapointed because it was quite different from what I ordered.
