If the product is as good as the ease of ordering this will be a great place to order from. Not happy with deliver charge though. Most places have free shipping.
There was a problem with the florist fulfilling the order but I was contacted at the end of the day. Because this issue was brought to my attention at the end of the day, the order could not be delivered on the requested date.

Update. After flowers were delivered to my friend in the hospital, the picture she sent of them looked like a regular order and not the deluxe that I upgraded to. I know that this was not the fault of fronyouflowers.com but of the local florist. Customer service was very apologetic and remedied the problem right away. The plant basket was very pretty just not as full as the deluxe upgrade.
The flowers were not received as they were represented online and because of that I believe the price was too high.
Shipping and handling almost made me cancel. There should be some idea of the expense in this.
The flowers were supposed to be delivered the same day and were not. I was offered an free upgrade to the arrangement, which I accepted. When I saw a picture of the flowers that were sent I was very dissapointed because it was quite different from what I ordered.
$14.99 fee seems high!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
