Very user friendly, if had more choices would be great.
Paid for delivery before 1230pm but dint get it till I had to call n report, them the order was placed.
Poor organising.
I shouldn't be calling to chase my item.

Ordering: So far the ordering process was easy and went fast. The prices seem fair. I will let you know how the order was after it has been delivered.

Delivery: I received a call the morning of delivery date letting me know that the flowers in the arrangement were not available and they would substitute with a florist choice. My mom was so happy with the arrangement! She couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the arrangement was. I will definitely order from Youflowers.com again.

It was very misleading not to see the $14+ "handling fee" all the way until my order was ready to be processed. I thought I was buying the flowers for $22, and my order ended up being $37. I still went with it, but I think it should be mentioned up front.

There was a problem with the florist fulfilling the order but I was contacted at the end of the day. Because this issue was brought to my attention at the end of the day, the order could not be delivered on the requested date.
