My son ordered an arrangement of daffodils to be delivered on April 26th that on May 2nd still isn't delivered. I have spoken to no less than 5 "customer service" representatives and spent more than 2 hours trying to get the arrangement delivered. When I asked for a supervisor I was told that one was not available. I have never had such terrible service. At no point under any circumstance would I ever use these people again. HORRIBLE!

The Flowers we had picked out were similar but not like on the web site. For one of our 2 orders it had a tea pot vase not the style for the person we gave these to. The flowers were yellow theme but not like the picture we had chose. We had ordered the deluxe not the standard setting on the web site. Check out was great with the added cost for the florist was a surprise but well worth the cost. Delivery time was great.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
