Here are a few reasons why I am disinclined to use fromyoflowers.com again:
The website is not user-friendly;
I had to go through the check-out process twice and re-enter all of my personal information;
The prices are deceptive--I didn't learn until the final page of check-out that there would be additional fees of $22.61 due to processing, handling, tax, etc.! If I didn't need to send flowers this very hour, I would not have gone through with the order.

Flowers were good but description not accurate- 100 roses isn't right! They were wild roses with multiple blooms - small - so describing them as 100 roses is not accurate!
The ordered white orchids, but received yellow/green. And the delivery was 5hrs late - 11pm
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and she absolutely loved them! I even paid extra for a morning delivery so that she would be there to receive them. It all worked out perfectly! The flowers were fresh and beautiful and in my daughter's words, "It made my day special!"
