Had a hard time finding out where the del truck was and they tried to call then and there was no answer and was told they would call me back never did and the flower didn't look as nice as the one we order from a different company for less money.The lady on the phone did try to help but just seemed to not really care

I ordered a Best Wishes Bouquet, and upgraded to the best, called Premium@ $49.00. I also ordered a Graduation mallard balloon@ $5.00 and one purple balloon@ $3.00. I paid an extra $4.99 for "Expedited Fee" and I also paid, $2.99 for "Same Day/Weekend Fee". This was for my sister in law who earned her masters degree. She's not a child and they sent her a Smile Face balloon, (Really!) no purple and the bouquet was half the size that I paid for. I counted the flowers in the picture on the website, and I received a photo from my sister in law. Nothing like it... NOTHING! I called and they refunded $3.00 to my account for the missing purple balloon I paid for! Customer service told me they would email me a $20.00 off coupon for a next purchase. It never came, and I called them back twice! Last call I made was today. I had enough of this company and I was over it! I asked to speak with a supervisor, as I didn't want anything except to tell them I was thinking about all this and I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also I was going to write a letter to the Corporate Office. After talking to the customer service guy, who would not put me through to a supervisor until I gave him my order number! I've never heard of this kind of service ever. When I was finally put through to a supervisor the first thing he asked me for, you got it... my order number... REALLY! He didn't have it. I was so mad, I told the supervisor this... I want you to take me out of your computer system! I don't want any email or offers from this company ever! I didn't want anything I just wanted him to know I was going to file the complaint against them. After I was finished, he said, I took you out of our system and I just gave you a full refund to your credit card account. OK, I said. It seems they don't want you to write the BBB... wonder why? :) Do NOT do business with this company, trust me YOU WILL regret it!
The breakdown was not visible until the last step. I didn't really like that. Show it on the side throughout my whole process. Thank you!

I have shopped for a nice arrangement with a decent delivery charge and found that you have the best deal. Others were as high as over $20 delivery and handling.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
