Painless, but a little bit expensive. The flowers were delivered in another city, so I can't comment about quality. However, the florist did not have some of the exact flowers in the arrangement originally ordered, and customer service contacted me to authorize a substitute.
I have been bombarded with e-mails about this order, and I'm tired of it. Any more e-mails sent to me will be sent unread to my spam folder.

I was apprehensive ordering flowers from this site as I have always been a devout FTD and 1800flowers user. I am so glad I took the risk. Flowers were absolutely gorgeous and customer service promptly reached out to me to clarify my request when the florist was unsure. Extremely pleased and will be using again!

I paid for same day delivery. That didn't happen. I was refunded my same day delivery fee, and was told they would be delivered the very next morning. They didn't arrive until after 5:00 PM the next day.

Your service was great - However, the flowers were not delivered on the day requested and paid for (expedited fees). I believe this was the fault of your vendor. Luckily, these were "just because" flowers but it would have been disappointing if it had been a special occasion.
Easiest ordering ever
I asked that my flowers be delivered to my sister on a Sunday morning for her birthday. Not only were they delivered at 8 in the morning, but they were absolutely beautiful and she loved them. Thank you very much!
I enjoyed the shopping & the quick easy check out. The check out was so quick I didn't even realize the extra $14.99 service fee until I paid for everything & received my receipt in my email. So the only improvement I would suggest is to make customers aware that there is a $14.99 service fee & also a $4.99 express fee if they want the flowers delivered right away! I didn't mind paying it. I just wish I would have known ahead of time that I would have to pay $19.98 to have the flowers delivered the same day! The ordering was an easy process online. I paid the extra to confirm a morning delivery before 12:00 pm & at 11:30 am the flowers had still not been delivered! After an afternoon delivery the flowers looked nothing like what I ordered! I would have been ok with it as long as it was even similar to what was ordered. Called customer service 2 times & ended up with a $20 gift card & a percentage of refunds on the order. I felt that they should have refunded the whole amount.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
