I would like the price upfront with shipping and handling
I purchased a bouquet for 31.99 and it was average. It was something I could have did myself. I paid for expedited delivery which it was supposed to arrive before 12pm and it got to the location at 445pm. I was refunded but that's unacceptable.

I was a little taken back about the charges at the end of the bill. All of that should be made known before the very end. I was thinking maybe an extra $10 but not $15 Didn't have time to start an order all over so had to go with it. You can tell I haven't ordered flowers for quite a while. Charging "twice" for same day delivery is confusing and looks like I was tricked into it, I mean the charge of 2.99 for same day delivery and 4.99 for expedited fee
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
