Overall, great service and quality flowers. I do think that prices seemed high.
I do not usually do this kind of thing,but I was so disappointed. I paid for my flowers to be delivered "same day" and I was within the time limit shown. Still they were not delivered that day and were not there until late the following day. I called about it the first day and was told they could not find a florist to deliver them. Why not tell me that before I paid extra. I told them to go ahead and deliver the next morning but, it was late that day before they got there. The "Simple Elegance Bouquet" that I saw in the picture had several nice yellow roses, so I ordered the "deluxe" bouquet. I saw a picture of the arrangement that was actually delivered and it had no yellow roses, only a couple of small white ones. So very disappointing. I feel like I cannot trust this site to give me what they promise so I will not use them again. I am sorry.
