I decided the DAY OF delivery, that I wanted to send flowers. You were able to get them delivered within TWO HOURS... between my hustling off to work and before my friend left work for the day. I was so pleased this delivery was possible with such short notice, and that I was able to complete everything online without any sort of lengthy telephone call. And from Missouri... with a delivery in California. My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement, and I'm pleased with that, too. Whoever put it together has a great eye for detail: the bag of chocolates matched three of the blooms used in the arrangement. I sent an arrangement I would have loved to receive, myself. You did such a great job. I thank you so much. I can't even say I spent too much money on the deluxe arrangement. I normally feel that I'm spending too much on sending flowers, but not this time. Everything was so positive about this experience. I'm just very grateful.

Too many hidden fees

Too many hidden fees. The prices seem low but ended up spending the same amount of money as I would using any other delivery service because of all the hidden costs.

I wish your pictures include a background with some reference as to how big the flower arrange is, such as putting the vase next to a coffee mug or magazine.

The flowers are much nicer than the flowers you posted on the website. You should actually take real pictures of your work than have standard pictures on your website.
